The Office for Justice, Peace and development (JPD) of the Catholic Bishops'Conference of India (CBCI) is commited to building a jus and peaceful society inspired by the Gospel and the social doctrines of the Church, thorugh Human Rights Trainings, Peace Intiatives and involvement in the struggles of the society, especially the poor and the marginalised.

Lay Leadership Training Programme

  • On 1st May there was a Leadership Training Programme 2011 of Federation of Catholic Associations of Archdiocese of Delhi held at Yusuf Sadan Hall, Gole Dak Khana from 10.00 am to 4.30 pm. Inauguration address was given by Fr. Charles who insisted on the role of laity in the Church and the necessity of creating social concern groups in our parishes to establish justice and peace in our parishes and society at large.
